Ordering is a simple 3 step process.

Step 1: Choose Your New Baby Signs

Select the signs you’d like to order — from classic stork signs to star signs and pet signs for furry family members.

Step 2: Gather Your Details

Have the important info ready! We’ll need:

  • Your contact information
  • Recipient’s name & delivery address
  • Gift message (optional)
  • New Baby Stork sign details (color, baby’s name, date of birth, weight, length)
  • Any custom messages for additional signs

Do I need a lawn for the stork sign installation?

Yes. Our stork signs can only be installed in front yards with grass or soft topsoil. We cannot install signs on:

  • Gravel, rocks, mulch, or flower beds
  • Concrete, raised beds, or garden pots
  • Hard-packed soil, driveways, or dense landscaping

We also do not install signs in front of:

  • City, county, or state-owned buildings
  • Government-owned utility boxes or water mains
  • Commercial or public properties

When should I reserve a stork sign?

We take orders in advance of an expected due date.  We will reserve a stork for your new baby, just let us know within 24 hours and we will have the stork on your front lawn ready to greet you when you arrive home.  An order placed after 1 pm may not be ready until the following day.

How much are sibling, message star, and pet signs?

Each personalized dog bone or cat sign is $35 and yours to keep.
We also offer sibling signs and star signs with a custom message — perfect for including the whole family in the celebration!

What if we’re welcoming twins, triplets, or more?

We provide a separate stork sign for each new baby. Availability is limited, so please call us right away to check!

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are issued if:

  • You cancel at least 24 hours before delivery and the sign hasn’t been made.
  • Extreme weather prevents installation.

Refunds are not issued if:

  • We can’t access the property due to incorrect codes, locked gates, or denied entry.
  • The recipient doesn’t allow installation.
  • A pet prevents safe setup.
  • There’s no suitable area (grass or topsoil) for installation.

How long is the rental period?

Our new baby stork sign rentals last 7 or 10 days.
At the end of the rental, personalized bundles, star signs, sibling signs, and pet signs are yours to keep!

How much does it cost? Is there a delivery fee?

Do you offer signs for proud grandparents?

Yes! We rent our 6-foot pink or blue storks to proud grandparents for 7 or days. Choose from a generic or personalized bundle — the personalized bundle becomes a cherished keepsake.

Where will the stork sign be placed in the yard?

We’ll choose a spot that’s:

  • Visible from the road
  • Ideal for photos
  • On the front lawn, unless we have specific instructions to the contrary.  We ask customers to identify a specific location on the front lawn and let us know if they have a sprinkler system.
